- Employee details: Email ID and Windows AD password, Mobile number.
- Referral details: First name, Last name, Email ID, Mobile number, Date of birth, Previous/Current employer, Preferred interview city, Resume.
Optional -
- N/A
Purpose of collection:
- To process applicants via Employee Referral channel for Infosys job openings listed on ConnectInfy. These applications are referred by employees under the Infosys Employee Referral policy.
Data recipients / accessible to:
- Teams associated with ConnectInfy from Infosys.
- Cloud service provider MS Azure and its affiliates and sub-contractors.
Data transfer (international):
- If necessary for the above stated purpose, the Personal Data listed above may be transferred to or accessed from other countries whose data protection legislation may differ from that of your country of base location.
Data security:
- Appropriate technical and organizational measures will be taken to ensure the security and the confidentiality and safe guard of the data, and especially to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing, unauthorized or accidental loss or destruction of the Personal Data.
Data retention:
- Personal Data that is no longer required to be retained as per legal and business requirements will be disposed in a secure manner.
Your rights:
- You are entitled at any time to access and rectify your personal data, as well as to object for legitimate purpose to the processing of your personal data. These rights may be exercised by raising an AHD under ConnectInfy category.

- Individuals to confirm that they have the consent from the person whose candidature they are referring through ConnectInfy.
