Role Designation- Technology Analyst
Responsibilities- • Experience required - 3 to 5 years

• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- * Unix/PLSQL/Oracle/Mainframe/.Net production support knowledge.
* Good Communication and analytical skills. Ability to learn / understand and adapt to new technologies.
* Providing post deployment support for upgrades / changes / enhancements done on production (Live) Environment.
* Should have good knowledge and experience of production Support process.
* Readiness to work in 24X7 environment.
* Knowledge of IT architecture / infrastructure & SDLC practices.
